Refund policy
We aim to provide the best customer service and satisfaction to all our customers. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return policy on all products found in our store.
All returned products must be returned in their original packaging for them to be accepted. You must first contact us using our form here or email us at info@arrkaccessories.com, with order details and address.
All returns will be paid by the customer and advised to use a tracking or signed shipping method.
Once we receive your return, we will send an email to notify we have received it. We will then proceed to either send a refund which you will
For hygiene reasons, we will not accept anybody jewellery that has had the packed opened and are unable to provide a refund or replacement.
All products must be sent back in original packaging and failing to do so will mean no refund.
Replacements:
If you have ordered the wrong product (size/colour/etc) or do not like the product, please email us and we will start the return process.
There are exceptions if the jewellery is returned open will not be able to accept or replace the item.
Any extra cost in the value of replacing the jewellery it must be paid by the customer – if the cost is lower than the order value it will then be repaid back to the customer either as cash/credit.
Faulty Goods:
If you receive the product as faulty, please notify us as soon as possible by email to info@arrkaccessories.com or fill this form with your order number and details. Please also provide us with images or a video clip. Depending on the product we will advise on what the next steps are.
